JOB OVERVIEW

We need an English speaking person to answer our phone and provide basic information about our product.

We will provide a script of the most commonly asked questions with the answers to those questions. We will also provide one on one training with one our current operators.

You must speak English fluently (a mild accent is ok) and be available to work 9am-5pm EST Monday thru Friday (No American holidays or weekends).

We will provide access to our VOIP. You will need a PC to run the Call Controller program from your desktop.
