Responsibilities:
~ Enter all transactions in Quick Books
~ Keep books balanced at all times
~ Keep track of invoicing and purchase orders
~ Use docugsign to keep contracts current
~ File and enter all new contracts on a daily basis
~ You must be well organized and be able to stay on task
You MUST have experience with Quick Books and have basic accounting knowledge.
You must also know basic Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
More about the position:
We do all of our time tracking by an online software application. You must log all your hours worked and clock in and out through this software. We will also give you access to our phone system with a software based VOIP phone. We also use Virtual Desktop Technology to access some of our internal resources. Generally you will be doing data entry, simple quick books book keeping, help with social media marketing, newsletter writing, and reaching out to our clients to assist them or update their accounts with us. You may also make basic outgoing calls to invite potential clients to special events.
Compensation:
Compensation is initially paid weekly for the first month, after which we will disperse funds on a bi-weekly basis. Bonuses are always available. The Base starting pay is 8,500/month or 53 pesos per hour.
What is needed?
You will need a fast computer to work on and a steady high speed internet connection. Wireless connections will not be good for this work due to extended latency problems. Only DSL or Cable service will work. You will also need a basic headset to use with the software based phone.
