JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Amazon keyword research specialist, Amazon listing optimization expert, social media manager and website manager. Candidates must have an in-depth understanding of the Amazon selling platform and the skills to manage the Amazon Seller Central backend. If selected for the role, you’re going to be directly involved in the company's daily responsibilities like running & analyzing reports within Amazon. The list below may seem like a lot but if you know what you are dong, it will all flow together easily. The most important thing we are looking for is a problem solver, someone that doesn't quit when difficult problems arise. We also need this person to be amazing at finding inconsistencies, missing information, problems within our Amazon listings. Must have a positive “can do” attitude and must be a good team player.
In addition, candidates must have social media and/or website management experience. We are looking for a candidate who can optimize our Amazon product listings AND manage our social media/website platforms.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Ultimately, you should be able to handle all keyword research & optimization tasks for our organization including using your research skills to create our PPC efforts on Amazon & Google AdWords. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms (on Google & Amazon). Being up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Create optimized product listings, optimizing Amazon listings to ensure they cover and are indexed for primary keywords. Listing items from scratch, NOT PIGGIE BACKING on other listings.
Product research, in-depth keyword research, keyword sorting (primary vs secondary), run optimized Amazon PPC campaigns.
Identify new products for Amazon sales, setup new products in our system, product logistics.
Increase rankings in various categories & niches.
Social media management for our e-commerce businesses, content creation,
Run reverse ASIN report on top competitors
Website creation or management, Wordpress management & development, build site based on theme based graphic designs.

Requirements and Experience
** Perfect spoken and written English is a MUST **
- Can work standard U.S. business hours
- 1+ years experience as an Operations Manager
1+ years of experience as a virtual assistant working with US-based companies
or
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in creating Amazon listings from scratch ( essential )
- You must have prior experience doing online arbitrage style sourcing to be successful with this task.
It is very important to us that you have good feedback from others who have hired you (if possible, you should provide alternate references of employers based in English speaking countries) and you are willing to work hard.
- We don't feel this is a job for beginners. If you're a beginner please don't apply.
The most important skill you can have is strong communication and organization skills.
Candidate must have good internet connection Broadband DSL preferably (3-5mbps and above), an android and/or iphone phone (having a back-up phone is a plus), a good working laptop Desktop/Laptop: at least 2-3 years old.

This is a FULL-TIME position and you will work exclusively with us - no other employer.
If successful you will be required to work 6 days per week.

If you are a ROCKSTAR I will also pay you a small percentage of sales in addition to your regular pay every 2 weeks based upon the success of your own work. If you give me your best I will make sure you succeed as well!
