Real Estate Ionic 3 PWA Progressive

>> Need an Ionic Real Estate Hybrid App as a PWA - Progressive Web App
- Software: Ionic 3.9 + Angular 5 + Firebase or nosql or mySql ()Firebase prefered for better fit)
- App must be progressive so it can be used offline with an icon on the phone display and must not be downloaded from Stores.
- App must hybrid for latest iPhone, Android, Windows phone
- With an Admin backend for App administration
- Allow users to create account
- Have an user managment backend so they can create delete, update real estate listings (CRUD)
- Multiple domain names
- multiple languages (i18n)
- multiple currencies
- Allow payment through Paypal + Stripe + 2Checkout
- Allow visitors to contact property owners
- Allow real estate agencies to manage several rela estate agent under their agency
- Have 3 tabs/ real estate categories: Rental, Sales, Swap to search listings
- Have 2 tabs/categories to list and search: Real Estate Agencies, Real Estate Agents
- Have a tab/categoruto manage owner account/agency, agent account

Roadmap should be establish for built and add functionnialities as we go. So it can be online asap and then we keep improving and adding option.
You can see an example of what Im looking for by installing this app: "Fincaraiz" from play store.
Warning my app must be PWA! I dont want users having to go to stores to access it!
