To apply, please ensure that you send a 60 second video to ---------- position is for a residential real estate marketing coordinator for our Property Management Company. You will be listing and marketing our properties in addition to seeking new business for us.

Requirements:

Create and maintain rental property listings.

Respond to inquiries from potential tenants for our listed rentals.

Report on marketing data, competitors, and campaigns.

Design marketing materials

Create database of contacts (landlords and tenants) and using the information to input into a CRM system to assist with marketing activities.

Uploading property related content into facebook, twitter, instagram to help generate new landlords and tenants.

Creating e mail marketing campaigns using active campaign or mail chimp.

Search property portals for specific properties of interest.

Supporting us to develop landing pages for our website to generate new leads.

We are seeking to grow the number of properties that we let and manage, we do not have a high street presence and much of what we do is on-line. We need to market ourselves as local letting experts to attract new landlords and investors.

Experience of real estate will be beneficial so the VA has an understanding of the content being used to market the business. Experience of using social media is essential.

Hours are flexible to support VAs with young children or caring responsibilities.
