QUALIFIED LEAD GENERATOR - 300,000 PESO PER YEAR (OR MORE) POSITION FOR RIGHT PERSON

I will pay a base salary to start of 10,000 Pesos per month, but with a BONUS system that works like this and should allow you to earn 16,000 to 19,000 Peso in your first month:

A. On every deal we close from your leads you get a 3000 Peso Bonus
B. If we close 4 deals from your leads in any one calender month you get an extra 2000 Peso on top of your 10,000 Peso salary and 12,000 Peso bonus = 24,000 Peso
C. If we close 5 deals from your leads in any one calender month you get an extra 4000 Peso on top of your 10,000 Peso salary and 15,000 Peso bonus = 29,000 Peso
D. If we close 6 deals from your leads in any one calender month you get an extra 6000 Peso on top of your 10,000 Peso salary and 18,000 Peso bonus = 34,000 Peso
E. If we close 8 deals from your leads in any one calender month you get an extra 10,000 Peso on top of your 10,000 Peso salary and 24,000 Peso bonus = 44,000 Peso

After 3 Months if you perform well, Your base pay will go from 10,000 Peso to 15,000 Peso.

By 3 months we should be in a place where we are closing 4 to 6 deals per month from your qualified leads.

In your first month we should not close less than 2 or 3 deals from your leads.

1. We will pay you every other week, however we will pay the first week (2500 Peso) after a few days to help you financially if you need it.
2. We will set up a Skype manage account for you with unlimited US calling and extra credit to cover the overage.
3. We will provide you with leads in the form of a spreadsheet.
4. We will provide you with a script.
5. You will be required to make at least 100 calls per day from that list and your progress will be monitored from the Skype account.
6. Your required work week will be Monday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time (which is 9:00 P.M. your time until day light savings) through 3:30 P.M. Eastern Time (which is 3:30 A.M. your time until day light savings) and on Friday, you will only work until 12 P.M Eastern Time.

You will need Skype on your computer and you will need to role play with me and take notes to learn. You will also be required to be a little bold as American business owners can be tough to deal with.
