Blogger For USA Based Company

Hi there,

We are currently hiring a blogger / online-marketing specialist to join our growing team. You will be using your own computer, internet and can set your own hours. You will need to be available a minimum of 3 hours a day. There will be opportunity to grow in this position and become full time.

About Our Company:
We are a consulting agency in Denver, Colorado’s. The company has been in business over 4 years and has worked with dozens of filipino virtual assistants. Your role would be related to online marketing work and making sure we achieve our online marketing goals. You will be working tasks for the company as well as our consulting clients.


Software You Will Be Using:
-Google apps including: gmail, google drive, google docs, google analytics, google adwords and google spreadsheets.
-Time tracking software to record your hours
-Marketing software and other programs including: active campaign/mailchimp, wordpress, shopify, typeform
-Social media platforms including: facebook, instagram, twitter, google+, LinkedIn and others.
-Graphic design software: photoshop and illustrator or similar

Your Responsibilities:
To start with, you will be responsible for a few tasks that will need to be executed on a daily basis, once you can complete these efficiently more work will be assigned.

We will train the right person.

TASK #1: Blogging and Content Marketing
-You will need to create 2 blog posts a month.
-This will entail finding related and interesting topics related to the concession business (Starting a concession business, food trucks, food carts, fair food, ect..).
-Also, it will include designing a graphic(s) for it and optimizing the post for SEO purposes.
-In addition, you will be expected to share the blog post on our various social media platforms and other related sites.

TASK #2: Backlinking
-You will be required to research and enter URL’s to industry related sites to create links to in Concession Industry.
-The pages will be used to post short original content to direct/refer traffic back to the site and keep increase our ranking/traffic.

TASK #3: Social Media Posts
-You will be required to plan the week’s daily post for Facebook & LinkedIn. This will entail selectic topics, creating the content and graphics.
-This will be established in a funnel type of way with the goal of not only increasing traffic (sales) to our site but also, increase our email list, enticing visitors to sign up for our email list.
-The posts may include news, promotions, contests and anything else that could be enticing for people to visit our site or become an email member.


TASK #4: Metrics & Reporting
-You will be expected to report on certain google analytics metrics such as: number of visits and visitors, bounce rate, bounce rate, sources of traffic and other important information.
-You will also be expected to report on social media (facebook and instagram) metrics, SEO and content marketing efforts.


Hours:
You will be required to work a minimum of 3 hours a day Mon-Fri. Once you are fully trained and can execute the work on your own these hours can be in your timezone. There will be more work and responsibility once you can efficiently complete your initial tasks.

Pay Structure:
The pay will start at $4.00 USD/hour. There will be an evaluation every 3 months for pay increases + bonuses. There is a lot of room for growth in this position. You will be paid every other week VIA paypal, xoom, or your preferred payment method.
