We are a tight-knit group of Rails developers who build custom software for medium/large sized businesses here in Australia. We are looking for a keen full stack rails developer to join the team, and assist us in building and maintaining our monolith applications.

How we work:
* We build large projects that we need to maintain long into the future for our customers
* We are big on consistency in our apps, so we utilise CodeClimate for things like style/complexity/test coverage
* We embrace the majestic monolith way of thinking
* We always look for the simplest way to solve a problem
* We love to follow certain patterns where appropriate
* We catch up on video conference often and stay in touch with tools such as Slack & Twist

Successful candidate will:
* Understand we are solving an issue for a business, not just writing code
* Be a team player, and share a love for code
* Be happy to pair up with team members and participate in pair programming
* Be happy to work with the rest of the team and to participate in code review with us
* Be comfortable in the front end. Following sketches and reproducing them in HTML / CSS
* Be comfortable with writing unit and feature tests, bonus if you are into TDD
* Be available 37.5 hrs / week
* Have access to an annual learning allowance for books / courses
