During the trial period we will be looking to see who can complete their assignments efficiently and with the highest degree of accuracy. We will provide a platform that offers training and reporting.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work FULL TIME.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
We will have daily morning meetings through Skype or Google Invite. You are expected to report in at the end of the day, what you have achieved for that day and any questions you may have.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Location: Home based
• Compensation: Depends on your experience.
• The primary hours will be: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Philippine Time / 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.
• 5 Days a week. Monday through Friday
• Paid Holidays
• Paid 13th month
• Over the course of time the ideal candidate will also have the opportunity for raises and be promoted to the level of project management.
• Salary is paid through PayPal -- Weekly!


PRELIMINARY REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
• Commands excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Ideally a Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
• It is important that you have work stability as well as a minimum of 3 solid management references
• Must have experience working with a small to medium sized company
• Must have at least 2 years experience in implementing internet marketing tasks.
• A basic understanding of search optimization in Google and other search engines
• Strong understanding of On Page SEO factors
• Is a fanatic to paying attention to details and has strong organizational skills.
• Is willing to learn.
• Proficient in typing and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create designs for logos
• Design banners
• Design covers for digital downloads such as ebooks and videos, letterheads and more.
