JOB OVERVIEW

We at Creative Gurus are looking for someone to do support/social media, as well as monitor forums, blogs.

The company has two types of customers our client is looking for:
1.Independent developers who are writing mobile apps for iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, etc.
2.Large companies monitoring their API's

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
1.You must have some programming experience with a customer service background and can answer technical questions with ease.
2.You must also be familiar with 3rd party API's and testing, from Facebook to weather to PayPal.
3.You must speak and write impeccable English because you will be relating with international clients who are developers.
4.You must be available for full-time work, usually on Central time.
5.You must have a very stable internet connection.
6.You must be available for FULL-TIME work.
