Amazon Data Entry Superstar for Longterm Employment

Greetings! Are you resourceful, never-give-up, learn and grow as much as possible VA?

We are a small family owned company located in the USA. We are looking for a longterm VA (beginning as part time for a month or two to establish a good fit for everyone) to help us bring our catalog of 20,000 items onto the Amazon platform.
Currently we only have about 500 items loaded into Amazon, so this is quite a project.
Even after this project is complete, we anticipate the need for a permanent Virtual Assistant.

We need your help to create and execute an efficient process for loading items (by spreadsheet) on to the Amazon platform so that our USA warehouse staff can fulfill more orders efficiently.

The most important thing we are looking for is a problem solver, someone that doesn't quit when difficult or frustrating problems arise. We also need this person to be a amazing at finding inconsistencies, missing information, problems within our Amazon listings.

We understand that data entry work can be tedious, but we value highly the work of our stateside employees and look forward to helping our VA reach their personal potential.

Qualities that would be really awesome but are not required:
Experience with Fishbowl Inventory Management
Experience with Zencart or Magento
Knowledge of fasteners (nuts and bolts)
