Ebay virtual Assistant needed - up to 850/ month - 40 hours/ week

I will need a virtual assistant to help run an eBay store for dropshipping.

I will pay up to 850 dollars/ month if the candidate is perfect and they perform all the extra tasks.

1.You will be paid between 2 - 4.23 dollars/hour base pay. Will vary depending on your experience.
2.Opportunity to make 2-15% on top of base pay, this will depend on my sales. Meaning the better you do , the more you will be paid.
3. Opportunity to get paid an extra 72 dollars/ month if you do extra tasks I give you ( 30 minute tasks each day)

4. Finding items + SEO on eBay
5. Fulfilling orders from eBay to Amazon

Please provide 2 references.
1. one of which needs to be an eBay employer. I would need to verify that the employers are legitimate by contacting them via eBay or via onlineph. So please provide links to their eBay stores.
2. Any other employer


You will be needed to work Monday-F and Sunday . 6.5hr/ day. Saturday off
• You can start working between 9 - 10 am your time. 45 minute lunch break
• You will have 7 days off for every 12 months. You cannot take more than 2 days in a row off.
• You will be paid once every 2 weeks on Friday.

You must know how to read, write and speak English.
