The A/P, A/R Coordinator will have the opportunity to work with both the Accounting, Finance, and Marketing teams, assisting leaders and team members with projects that have a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations, as well as long-term goals and profitability. Essentially, this is a person who is organized, systems-driven, hungry by nature, who wants to learn as much about our business as possible, and who is at their best when solving problems, evaluating data and numbers, and working at a quick pace. The A/P, A/R Coordinator will have a strong passion for entrepreneurial thinking and innovation, and how that can transform the back end of Freedom Suite’s profitability and execution.
Summary of responsibilities:
• Oversees all billing-related issues for Freedom Suite Marketing, working with multiple teams to ensure Accounts Payable and Account Receivable processes are correctly followed.
• Ensures all invoices are paid promptly and on time, while billing franchise partners accurately and on time
• Serves as the liaison to the company’s outside accounting firm (Indinero and Billing Orchard)
• Provides both analytical and administrative support to the teams, allowing them to focus on their core functions.
• Collaborates with Media Buying services to assist in making buys for corporate markets and ensuring the accuracy of our internal CRM for ALL clients.
• Evaluates all performance-based programs across our client’s systems within the first 14 days of the month, then compares that data with what should be invoiced
