content wizard for remodeling website blog

I'm looking for someone to hire for my agency that can write excellent blogs for my clients website.

Currently looking for blog writer for the home remodeling niche (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, backyard kitchens, etc). Blogs will be once a month.

Must have great English speaking and writing skills, blog writing specialty. Will be required to do their own research on remodeling topics and be able to write and post the blog.
