Full Time Graphics Design Position Available Starting Immediately

I am looking for a full time employee to do graphics design for my company. A USA Company that is in business for 20+ years and growing fast. Looking for long term partnership with dedicated designer.

Skills Required:
- Must be excellent at Photoshop
- Must be creative and good at creating great looking designs, logos, etc.
- Must be able to communicate well with an English employer (me).
- Must be able and willing to learn new things quickly in case it's needed.
- Must have great communication skills and be able to take instruction.
- Must be willing to take and do the grunt work right along with the more complicated and exiting projects.
- Must be a fast implementer that can work on their own.

Skills That Would Be A Plus But NOT Required:
- FTP
- Wordpress
- Creating and or setting up websites
Note: You most likely won't be doing anything else besides design work but it would be a plus if you could occasionally upload your designs to a website etc. So if you have other skills besides design please let me know.

Equipment Required:
Must have a high speed internet connection, your own work area, computer, and the design software needed for this job.

I know the questions I want you to answer in your email to me may sound crazy. But they should be easy for someone who is a quick learner and fast implementer to answer. I am ready to hire someone right away (today) and get them started immediately. So the more information you give me in regards to my questions the higher your chances are of getting hired.
