Our specialised audio-visual company are looking to hire a part time creative writing & marketing assistant who would report to the marketing manager.
The role will require availability during UK working hours (GMT/BST time zone).
Fluency in UK English is essential – both written & spoken.
Tasks include:
Communicating on a regular basis with the marketing manager.
Researching new content ideas for audio visual content
Writing blog posts & articles for use one the company website & social media platforms
A successful applicant would demonstrate the following qualities:
- Attention to detail – able to be given a brief and complete a task and be able to ask for help along the way if unsure.
- Leadership - Lead yourself on day to day role related tasks after being given a brief.
Independence – ability to take tasks to completion and self-manage work load.
- Interpersonal skills - Listen and understand needs and concerns of the marketing manager.
- Motivation - Able to self-start on role related tasks and projects and proactively keep learning when not instructed.
- Experience of success in marketing role - Can demonstrate how you have helped a business with your work e.g. previous examples of work - creative writing/blog posts.
