Someone to teach me affiliate marketing

I am looking for someone who knows following :

1. Direct Linking with bing ads
2. How to do tracking (based on keywords, devices and user journey) - best tools as long as it is not expensive.
3. How to create best squeeze page (copying from existing template is fine) that will involve :
3a.) Buying domain, hosting - I will pay for it, if we decide to buy domain, otherwise just go with autoresponder.
3b.) Integrating it with getresponse (or any other tool)
3c.) How to stop sending emails to someone who buys the product.

Basically I will give you the product - The idea is to setup a process to sell that product, including squeeze page (we can see if we need to buy domain or just use autoresponder) and we will go together on this step by step. Either on Skype or on phone call.

You need to be expert affiliate marketer. We can decide pay-per hour or just one time project. I am assuming it will be 2-3 hours job and I can pay 20$/hour(negotiable, depending on your experience).
