Need to create multiple bots for various websites

I want to create the bot which I want to create automated repetitive task on website. The screen layout should be as attached. It should perform the following tasks:-

1) Login into the website

2) click on offers/bids/RFPs

3) Under actions click on accept – check the filters – if it match then click on name on select assignee and then click on assign

4) It should be able to accept multiple offers if multiple offers are showing in it.

I want to run multiple accounts at a time. I need the process should be done in less than 5 seconds. It should work continuously.
