We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Team Leader to support our CMO in launching an exciting new financial technology (FinTech) mobile app with a focus on savings & investment.
You are a highly operational, proactive self-starter with fierce analytical and organizational capabilities. You understand the traditional tactics that should be leveraged in any initiative and are keen to fuse them with new media and digital platforms or tools. You’re a natural connector of people and priorities, but you are also a phenomenal implementer. For you the idea of working with startup in an emerging field is thrilling and being a driving force for team execution is rewarding.
Responsibilities:
Support HR and CMO to recruit & lead a virtual marketing team and vendors across PR, community, content, and demand gen
Ensure on time delivery of assets in campaign prep and prioritization of activities as well as incoming requests during activity campaign execution to needs from resources and vendors are met to achieve results
Triage inbound media requests to support PR agency and CMO in arranging interviews with key stakeholders, ensuring media placements and in market distribution of attained media; support partnership and PR outreach to publications, influencers & media
Monitor & engage with key conversations in community discussion on various channels including chat, forums & social media platforms
Create content & manage campaigns across multiple digital channels

Use analytics and data to optimize ad spend & conversion performance throughout the campaign.

Skill Set:
Marketing experience in consumer technology / fintech; ideally with crowd funding experience
Strong day-to-day management social listening and analytics experience
Exceptional project management experience prioritizing a pipeline of marketing activities planning for and during high volume PR, community and demand gen activities, ensuring throughput for a diverse, remote marketing team across multiple time zones to achieve company goals
Entrepreneurial work experience meeting tight deadlines, flex with and make recommendations to and on changing priorities, needs and new information in the market, product, and initiatives
Thorough knowledge of online marketing principles, brand, product, and service
Knowledge of industry-leading marketing tools (marketing automation, social media management,
