Appointment setter for life insurance calling leads

I am looking for someone to call my leads and set appointments for me to go meet at their home. Person must be able to follow directions and be able to speak very good English with little to no accent. I have an auto dialer to use. The hours will be from 8:30 am PST to 11:00 AM Pst then again from 6-8:30 PM PST Monday through Wed. May work on Sunday 11:00 AM PST to 2:PM PST

I would like to skype with interview before hiring. Also I want to talk to the person making the calls only.
