Customer Service Representative - Permanent

We are seeking 6 motivated individuals to be part of a 24/7 customer service team.

This is a full time and permanent position position which will involve assisting customers over the phone, live chat and ticket system.

Job Duties:
- Provide customers with an excellent experience through each interaction.
- Assist customers with basic requests such as changing their account password, how to use our service etc.
- Escalate certain (specialized) requests to the appropriate department.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent english (writing, reading and speaking).
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts from home.
- Reliable internet and power connections.
- Quiet work environment with minimal distractions.
- Computer savvy.

*Customer service experience is a bonus but not a requirement.*
