Sales Reps, Lead Generators & Appointment Setters

Thank you for taking the time to read our ad. We are a sales & marketing startup looking to add a few new members to our team. Specifically, we are looking for people to take over lead generation and appointment setting along with some online research. You will be joining a small family company with a team that has been on the internet running various businesses since the late 90s. We believe in treating our employees right, and only ask the same in return.

You will be working from your location on a full time basis for 40 hours per week calling and emailing various businesses/individuals. You can also work from a coffee shop, or if you have a small office. If you have someone that can help you split the work that can also work, but you will be the one responsible to report to us.

We will train you on how to generate the lists to help increase your commissions. In support of your efforts you will be provided with a set of scripts summarizing company products and services.

You must be detailed oriented and can make notes in our CRM system. Must be self-motivated. To work from home you will need an internet connection for the ability to access our CRM system from home. You will need to have Skype and maybe Slack to communicate with.

Compensation:

For compensation we can do a monthly salary + sales commission, or a commission only option. In the case of commission only the commission percent would be much higher. You will be credited not only with sales that you close, but also with leads you generate and that we close together as a team.
Note: If you are open to also making calls to help close the sales instead of just generating the leads and setting appointments by email, we are open to that and the commission will be higher for that.


Qualifications include:
Previous sales experience
Good English (written and spoken). Must speak very clear English without a heavy accent
Good Internet Connection
Phone (physical or IP/Internet based) to make and receive calls (I can help you set that up)
