HIGH-LEVEL SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERS WANTED!

Dear Social Media Expert,

SERIOUS MEDIA MANAGERS ONLY! ***NO TRAINING PROVIDED! You will need to already have experience building engagement, trust and a fanbase using these platforms. This is FULL-TIME position.

We are a fashion brand out of Melbourne, Australia and we are looking for someone to manage and create content for all of our social media assets: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter & Tumblr.

So what do you need to do to get this job?

STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS ON INSTAGRAM | FACEBOOK | PINTEREST | TUMBLR | TWITTR

STRONG GRAPHICS SKILLS: ABOVE ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO USE PHOTOSHOP OR OTHER APPS THAT CREATE BEAUTIFUL IMAGES. INSTAGRAM IS A VISUAL EXPERIENCE AND USERS ARE LOOKING FOR A VISUAL JOURNEY. THIS IS THE SAME NOW FOR FACEBOOK and ---------- .

Let's get started...

1) You need to manage all of our fan-pages on instagram, pinterest, twitter, tumblr and all of our social media assets on a DAILY basis.

2) This requires a lot of research. You will be required to search for engaging / or funny and inspiring content. (Videos and images)

3) You will post our current and new products (which are uploaded daily) on ALL of our socials media pages / platforms.

***Remember, every platform is different so you will have to create slightly different content for each platform.

4) Our clothing is from Aliexpress. You can usually find instagram models wearing this clothing or similar clothing because its very generic. We can also re-use these images and link them back to our products pages for purchase.

5) All of our social media platforms are integrated with Shopify so we have all of our products for sale in our Facebook page. If you post a dress on instagram for example you can tag it to our shopify store so users can go directly to our website.

ARE YOU CREATIVE AND / OR A POSITIVE PERSON?

1) You need to respond to all of the comments we receive on Instagram / Facebook and ---------- and social platforms underneath the images.

2) You need to show people where the buy links are. You have to respond to negative comments. If people don't know how to contact us you will need to provide them with our customer service email.

4) You will become the POSITIVE SOCIAL voice of our GLOBAL brand.

5) If they write something negative you will need to catch that negativity and respond to them and turn it into a positive situation. (And hide the comment) You will have to become like CHURCH LEADER who spreads positivity through social media. A BRAND ADVOCATE.

6) You can use inspirational quotes, images, videos. Whether you are sharing content or responding to a customer - Just remember to be positive.

7) A positive attitude and character is a must

YOU WILL ESTABLISH TRUST FOR OUR BRAND

1) Make all of our social media assets look active and attractive.

You will post daily. The schedule will look similar to:

INSTAGRAM: At least 4 - 7 times per day on Instagram.

FACEBOOK : At least 3 - 6 on Facebook
PINTEREST AND TUMBLR: 3 - 7 times per day

TWITTER: 2 times per day

The content can be a mixture of funny / cute / inspirational / and our products with links and content so that we can build trust and make the sale. Our customers LOVE the use of EMOJI's.

REMEMBER: MORE TRUST AND AWARENESS = MORE SALES

At the moment, we are looking for one highly skills, reliable and hard-working TEAM MEMBER but as we expand we will require a team of 2 or 3 people handling our social media.

No training provided. You should already have these skills or the ability to build on already established skills fast.

Good English skills are required so we can communicate with each other.
