Senior (10+ yrs) Web Designer & Support

I am looking for a new Assistant to help in a new Web Design business.

I am looking for a -- real developer / designer -- who has 10+ years industry experience, knows Wordpress, understands web project management and is willing to work hard to achieve what our clients need.

I need someone who know Wordpress, WHMCS and cPanel as they are the foundational tools needed in this industry.

Please dont apply if you just want to build websites with DIVI or other web builders - we already have systems in play.

YOU WILL:
- You will be accountable for time and production ( ---------- ) - NON NEGOTIABLE
- You will know how to use hosting environments (for moving or installing Wordpress websites)
- You will know Wordpress / PHP / CSS / MySQL
- You will be able to DESIGN a website as well as build it
- You will be working in Australian Times (8am - 6pm - Monday - Friday) on??Skype and??email.
- You should know Photoshop.

YOU WILL NOT:
- You will not choose the themes we use.
- You will not disappear or go dark without reporting it before hand.
- You will not work outside our guidelines unless already permitted by myself or designer.

I WILL:
- I will pay you weekly.
- I will give you what you need to get your job done well.
- I will help you if you get stuck

I WILL NOT:
- I will not pay someone who doesn't show up.
- I will not teach you to do your job - you need to have the skills listed
- I will not treat you badly
- I will not put up with people lying to me - tell the truth always
