Magento + SEO Assistant (13th mnth Annual Bonus Salary+Benefits!)

Looking for a seo & virtual assistant with experience in running our Magento Ecommerce store. This is a full time position and will require 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (hours are strict) including 1 hour lunch time, Philippines time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Listing a minimum of 200 new products a week
- Ensuring that all product pages are accurate about descriptions and visual assets
- Working on a strategy to ensure optimization of our product listings (keywords, seo, visual suggestions, promotion ideas etc)
- Writing professional product description, how to use instructions, shipping information etc
- Processing orders and tracking shipments
- Making sure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Keeping track of our inventories
- Setting up and implementing marketing campaigns
- Managing social media accounts (Facebook, instagram and pinterest).
- Researching profitable affiliate marketing and linking them on our website
- Other related small tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Excellent organization and communication skills, including writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Attentive to details and follows instructions well
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Be responsible, reliable and punctual on deliveries
- Exceptional Customer relations and support skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through email and messenger
- Highly reliable, dedicated, goal Oriented and hard working person
- Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Email reports daily with simple bullet points at the end of each day
- Weekly Skype calls will be required

Please note that this job is for one person only. This is a full-time job, that requires 100 percent dedication.
Upon completing 12 months, 13th month salary will be given as an annual bonus, plus monthly target benefits!
