What will this role Be Doing?

We’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant & Content Integrator with a mind for strategic project planning/business along with a positive deadline-driven attitude.

We offer flexible schedules and ideally prefer someone who can work a set schedule welcome to early birds, night owls and anything in between. As a GVA it will be your reasonability to provide updated progress reporting to myself and other virtual Assistants via email and/or phone. Good communication is essential for our growth here as well as yours.

We are looking for a talented assistant to manage our current project goals as well as assist in the development of materials into more future projects.
In this role, you will be tasked with-

• Assist in the development of goal-oriented time-block scheduling.
• Manage unpublished or under-utilized content, hours of audios and videos, and turn it all into products.
• File management and document organization
• Assist in product strategy and promotion process.
• Assist in the onboarding process identifying qualified individuals who can fulfill future role functions and requirements.


It will be your job to harness existing content for maximum effect – for product development and project management as well as email template messages, auto-responders, affiliates, search engine optimization & publications.

This job is for an audition. I will be selecting 2-3 candidates to hire on a trial basis. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring onto the team.

• Create a unique idea for a “soft” product (points for imagination and creativity!)
• Identify the key functions required to develop your product and deliver it to an online audience.
• Create project management guidelines to organize the processes of key functions, tasks, and procedures.

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are two qualities that I am looking for:

Integrity and Commitment.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you can hit a deadline or

Commitment. I've had freelancers for one project and others for over 3 years. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
