Virtual Assistant Wanted

We are United Kingdom (London) based Internet/Online Recruitment company looking for a Virtual Assistant skilled in Web and Photoshop Design and a good knowledge of Wordpress to help in the creation and maintenance of a number websites,

This role is Full Time (40 Hours per Week)

Main Requirements

• Excellent English Communication skills both written and spoken
• Can design high quality web material with Photoshop.
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Must be a fast learner – ability to understand and pick up instructions quickly
• Must be honest and trustworthy
• Can work under pressure and must have the ability to finish tasks on time.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Stable DSL internet connection
• Quiet and private room to work from
• Reliable PC or laptop
• Working headset with microphone
• Webcam

Equipment/Software Needed
• PDF creator
• Gmail Account
• Google Docs
• Skype with working headset and Mic
• Stable Internet Connection and back-up internet source
• Paypal
• Camtasia or Jing


Responsibilities

• Perform basic duties such as maintaining websites and responding to website problems.
• Write instructions and/or training guides in a high standard of English for other Virtual Assistants to follow.
• Administrative duties
• Data entry
• Design Powerpoint Presentations and/or converting to Online Video
• Design Website Banners etc with Photoshop.
• Be able to delegate tasks to other Virtual Assistants if needed.
• You can from work anywhere in the Philippines but you must have a constant, good speed Internet connection.

This role will pay between 16000 and 20000 php depending on skills etc.
