Part-time VA needed for Real Estate Office (Virtual)

U.S. Real Estate team looking for an experience part-time VA with Keller Williams systems/processes experience. This is KW experience is required. If you do not have this, please do not apply.
Daily tasks include:
• Creating Spreadsheets and managing google drive
• Customer Service
• Data Entry in CTE
• Tracking Agents Numbers
• Checking MLSs for errors
• Prep Coaching Forms
• Manage Expireds/fsbo campaign
• Manage social media and lead agents online presence
• Send out monthly mailers via e-edge
• Assist in marketing current listings
• Send out surveys to post clients
• Manage Realtor sites including social media

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong writing skills for ad copy
- Must be a critical thinker and adept problem solver
- Be able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision is a must
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle yourself professionally, prioritize tasks and make sure that nothing falls through the cracks
- Must be highly detail oriented
- Communicate effectively with Listings Manager
- Previous experience with Google spreadsheets and Google apps, computer graphics, social media management experience (Facebook, Facebook Business, Twitter, etc.) required
- Previous experience in real estate & Keller Williams (e-edge, CTE, dotloop, MLS usage) REQUIRED
- Additional administrative tasks as needed
- Must use Broadband with at least 3 Mbps speed - Not Pocket WiFi
- Must be able to work between the hours of 9:00am-6:-0pm (Central Standard Time)

LOCATION: All work will be completed remotely. You will provide your own work space, computer, high speed wifi, etc.

*Please note that we expect you to be able to video call via ZOOM for your role and we will need to be sure that you are using Broadband with at least 3 Mbps speed and not the Pocket WiFi, since you will most likely be on ZOOM video for 5-8 hours per day. Your connection speed and having a clear connection are a crucial factor for your job.
