Specializes T Shirt Designer (Vector Designs/ Text Designs)

I'm looking for someone who specializes in t-shirt designs (Vector Design, Text Design)
I do not want requests from people who do not do daily t-shirt designs and make normal websites or other graphic stuff.
Please only report if you have been specializing in t-shirt designs.
I need a license (commercial licence) that allows me to use the images for commercial use and (The source file)
 I would pay between 1-2 $ per design by Paypal (if possible weekly)
