We are currently looking for a full-cycle recruiter who will handle sourcing, doing initial phone interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. This is a full-time remote/virtual role.
What you must have:
• At least 3 years experience IT recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-versed in recruitment, sourcing, and evaluating candidates
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment in the financial IT industry is a huge advantage.
