Writers/SEO Expert/Linkvana/SENuke/Spinning/++FullTime

Hello writers/seo experts!

I am looking for a writer/SEO specialist who has some experience with Real Estate articles/marketing.

Main requirements:
- Must be able to write real estate articles
- To have knowledge of article submission software like SENuke, linkvana and other is a great asset
- High speed internet
- Must be an INDIVIDUAL, not a company or a business
- Must be able to talk on the phone/skype and communicate by email within 24 hours
- FULL TIME

I am hoping to get a team of part-time writers to write at least 2 articles a day. Payment by paypal.
I offer $5.90 / 1000 words or $3 / 500 words
As we gain experience and i find that you've the style that i want i'll increase the payment.
If you are already a VERY experienced writer in Real Estate AND know link submission web applications like SENuke & Linkvana and can really introduce new ways of acquiring links (while at the same time provide me with great articles and spin them well), I would be able to pay you more.

I'm looking for a great writer to work with on an ongoing basis on various article writing projects but that KNOWS SEO Link building

I am not interested in corporations or businesses. I am looking to build a professional relationship with an INDIVIDUAL.
