Study support in Japanese and English

We are currently trialling a new online, 10-hour a week language course, concentrating on teaching business owners and CEOs. The concept of the course is to make use of our extensive experience teaching Japanese people to provide effective and efficient training that sees real results in a short timescale.

This will be the primary project you’ll be working on, but you will also be asked to occasionally undertake tasks related to our other enterprises.


Successful applicant will be responsible for:

1. Listening to recordings of 1-on-1 English lessons with Japanese students, with transcription and translation into Japanese of parts that the students is struggling with (to be provided to the student as study notes).

2. The locating of study texts appropriate to the level and ability of students.

3. Scheduling of lessons (liaising with students and teachers).

4. Some other tasks in either English or Japanese, for example online research.

5. Possibility the promotion of the course over social media.

Requirements:

- Working from home with own PC and internet connection required.

- Good English and Japanese (including kanji) ability

- Comfortable with using computers for various tasks, with ability to pick up new software quickly

Initial 2-5 hours per week, with possibility of more in future
