Bookkeeper with QuickBooks and Excel experience

I have an Amazon wholesale business and I need a Bookkeeper with ecommerce experience.

The first step will be setting looking over cash in and cash out for the past 2 months. From there, I will need someone to stay on top of profit/loss and all other company financial controls such as:

Track income & expenses
Invoice & accept payments
Run reports
Send estimates
Track sales & sales tax

I hope that you are an experienced bookkeeper with a strong ability to reconcile, categorize and do necessary journal entries in QuickBooks online and you must be an Excel expert.

In the beginning you will probably only need 5-10 hours and then more every month. I will be paying an hourly rate so make sure you include your asking price.
