Looking for an Editor/Proofreader (Full-Time/Long-Term)

Hi,

I'm looking for an Editor who can assist me with the content side of our process. I need someone who's really good in English, creative, punctual, and professional. The chosen candidate will also manage a few writers.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience editing and proofreading content in the past.
- Experience leading a team of writers before
- Creative, fun, and able to think of article titles based on given keywords
- Google Docs and Sheets-savvy.
- HATES plagiarism to the core. We'll use copyscape to check for plagiarism.
- Very punctual. Respects deadlines.
- Ready to communicate with the owner (that's me!) on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Edit article submissions by our team of writers. Make sure they are grammatically correct, formatted based on our SOP's, and have proper tone and flow.
- Send articles back to writers for revisions if needed (rarely happens though).
- Facilitate communications and manage a team of writers. Make sure the articles are submitted on time and are of high quality.
- Work closely with the owner about assigning article topics based on keyword research.

The chosen candidate will work for 8 hours/day, Manila Time.
