Long-Term Part-Time expert PHP web developer

Hi,

I'm looking for an expert web developer with solid experience PHP and PHP-based MVC frameworks. I have a travel website (showcasing photos and travel guides) coded in core PHP. The website is basically complete and functional. The purpose of this job is to add iterative features and fixes every 1 or 2 weeks. This will be long-term, part-time job as the site will literally undergo multiple (can reach to a hundred) of iterations until it clicks in the market. I already had the chance to work with american and indian developers but the rate and the frequency of iterations (and hence, payment) prompted me to look for Filipino developers with competitive rates. The prime considerations for this job are quality of output, timeliness and rate. Knowledge or awareness of lean methodology is also a plus.
