Experienced Graphic Designer

Our organization seeks a graphic designer experienced with creating designs for print-on-demand outlets (not just t-shirts).
Must speak English and be familiar with the necessary software (Photoshop, etc.)

We need quality, detailed designs and are willing to negotiate more than $5/design once the designer has proved him/herself.
