Researcher

The Researcher is where it all starts. We need to find passive candidates to fill our jobs. That means searching the internet. The people we are looking for aren't necessarily on the job boards or on LinkedIn. They are not necessarily currently looking for a job and in fact, are probably hard at work in their current position and not even thinking about their next move. That's were you come in. You need to be an investigator, a super-sleuth.

Research- now, this is the heart and soul of our company and this is your most critical function. You will be responsible for, but not limited to researching for those passive candidates so we can find the very best of the very best candidates to present to our clients.
