POSITION: Client Support Manager, Full Time, 100% Salary, No Commission
COMPENSATION: $800/month and 13th month, two weeks paid leave and Philippine holidays after 6 months. Payment weekly via EasyPay or PayPal.
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 to 18:00 Monday thru Friday US Pacific Time, with one hour lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer inbound calls,
- Potential new customer is shopping for a car and saw our advertisement online or on our website. Customer has questions about the car or our unique process for buying a car online.
- Customer would like to set up an appointment to test drive a car
- Customer is following up on processing of their automobile purchase agreement or their automobile loan agreement
- Follow up call about delivery of a car to customers home. Scheduling a delivery. Details of the delivery.
- Follow up call about receiving vehicle registration, license plates, etc
Keep CRM updated with notes regarding latest customer interactions.
Interface with all departments in our company to ensure the highest level of customer experience possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent spoken and written American English (a little bit of accent ok).
Exceptional communication skills. You are able to engage in completely unscripted conversation with a variety of customer types. You are articulate and intelligent.
Professional and authoritative but friendly demeanor. Customers view you as an expert who can answer their questions or get answers and help solve problems that arise during the process of purchasing a vehicle from CarPortal.
Complete command of basic tools like CRM,
Highly organized. You are meticulous about follow up. You are able to follow and develop good processes.
Able to manage time effectively and prioritize most important tasks first.
Good judgement and the ability to make smart decisions within the scope of the position responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 or more years of work experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Real Estate VA
- Ecommerce VA
- Executive VA
- Technical Support
- Inside Sales
- Project Manager
- Manager/Supervisor
Since you will be working from home you must have a quiet home office set up. We will be asking for details of your internet speed, system set up, etc to validate that you have the proper equipment and environment to successfully perform the functions of this position. We will remotely log into your system to check it out prior to hiring.
