Business Development Officers / Sales

The Business Development Officer / Sales strengthens and develops new and existing client relationships. He/She will be accountable for bringing the capabilities / products of the company to the commercial market. He/She is responsible for the promotion, specification and sale of the company’s products and services to identified and potential specifiers including but not limited to Owners, Corporate Accounts, Architects, Engineers, Contractors of Buildings, Housing, Warehouse Projects as well as indirect influencers.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years work experience in the related field
- Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated with pleasing and smart personality
- Possess positive “Can Do” attitude and outgoing personality may be essential
- Good oral and written communicator, excellent interpersonal skills, computer literate with MS Office Suite
- Good negotiating skills, aggressive and results oriented
- Can speak Chinese is a plus
- Extensive exposure in construction is a plus
