creating and managing an XL database with no duplicates

I would like someone who can manage a database (in XL) and add new entries ensuring that there are no duplicates
This will be ongoing as new emails are added
There may be many hundreds of duplicates so there needs to be an easy system where these are identified and removed
Each week there will be more entries to add
This will go for about 20 weeks
