some one who can do shopify set up and fan page on face book

I need an all-rounder someone who can set up Shopify and fine products, as well as write adds.
I also need help with fan page on Facebook and setting up questionnaires, and thank you page, as well as Google, adds. i do not know about this stuff so i need someone who is patient.
You will also need to be able to skype as i want to be able to communicate regularly.
i am on a shoestring budget so cannot pay a lot at first but will pay more for the right person once i get business making money. if this all good for you then i would love to talk.
