Google Tag Manager Developer

I have an online ecommerce business through Shopify.

I need someone who is experienced in Google Suite enough to build a tracking spread sheet for all website visits, sales, ad budget, ad spend, any many other conversions from the store REAL TIME. I have the blue print for how I want it to look, but I need someone who is experienced with the coding aspects of google tagging. I’d like the google tag linked to my Facebook pixel as well.
