Job Requirements
Content Production Director
The employee shall:
1. Provide the employer with 40 hours of dedicated time per week without working on other projects (income producing or not).
2. Act as a virtual assistant to Employer, will report directly to Brent Sweet, President, Incatch LLC.
3. Provide content as requested with a minimum of 3 articles of at minimum of 1000 words each per day at a minimum, plus complete other duties assigned.
4. Keep employer updated daily as to progress by using a method as prescribed by employer.
5. Be willing to write on a variety of topics, research where needed and complete the tasks as assigned.
6. Be willing to utilize various types of software, be trained via video or text as directed by employer, and complete tasks including but not limited to making phone calls, typing emails, writing content, adding content to Wordpress, Utilizing tools to implement content, complete daily routines, etc.
7. Be willing to notify the employer immediately upon questions regarding a task, move on to something they can complete and wait for further instructions to complete.
8. Be trustworthy with sensitive information, not disclose anything including websites, marketing plans, keywords, and passwords. Employee also may have access to financial information as well as do purchases on behalf. Any fraudulent purchases made by employee without employer authorization will result in immediate termination of this contract without any notice, and withholding of any and all payments due until the employer is reimbursed for said purchases. In other words don’t tell anybody what you are doing besides writing, and don’t spend any of our money without our permission
9. Provide contact information so that they are able to be reached by employer in case of a sudden need or urgent change to plans.
10. Notify employer of any time they are unable to work when employer would expect them to. This may be for illness of employee, family, etc. internet or phone outage, storm or other impairing weather, etc.
11. Shall not work for a competing business, or pay per job service (Iwriter, Getafreelancer, another employer) unless it is outside the 40 hours already dedicated to employer. In other words if you want to do additional contract work, you can, but it cannot take away from the minimum 40 hours per week that we are paying you for.
12. Work to be promoted to a Content Production Project Director.
13. Memorize this 2013 Goal (more to be explained upon hiring) 660K Eyes per month.
The employer shall:
1. Provide the employee with a weekly salary of 2500 PHP per week paid via Paypal.
2. Provide employee with a list of tasks via Google docs in order from most important to least important to give employee more than enough work to complete during the tenure.
3. Shall provide a 13th month bonus of at least 10000 PHP on or before December 24th of the current year as long as the employee is employed.
4. The employer will provide a weekly performance review to the employee via video and writing, as well as a monthly performance review via video and writing with an option to renew this contract at the employer’s choice and subject to the employee’s agreement.
5. Provide complete training in any means necessary for the employee to complete the task.
6. Provide contact information to the employee for them to contact in need of direction, clarification or any inability to work.
7. Shall provide ample feedback to employee and not terminate this contract without notice to employee of at least 14 days, unless there is a performance issue that employee is made aware of.
8. Allow employee a flexible schedule as long as said employee works at minimum of 40 hours per week on employers tasks.
9. Keep frequent contact with employee, provide all necessary performance reviews, and keep them full of tasks to complete, so they have so much work they will feel like they never will get it all done
10. Allow for the following career path which will be fed back in monthly reviews. For the content production director the next step in your career would be Content Production Project Director. This person would hire and manage a team of Content Production Director and report directly to the president. The job you are looking at today you would have a team of them and it would be your job to provide them with the work they need. The President will work with you on grooming you for this position in performance reviews. The estimated time for a promotion to this position is 6 months to 1 year of work and solid performance.
