Web dev and Wordpress exp is an advantage.

At least 5-8 years work experience
Salary offer 30k - 60k per month depends on experience
Must be able to work graveyard shift EST time
Transfer via PayPal, Xoom, or bank account
cut off every 15th and 30th of the month
Own a desktop or laptop with at least 5mbps wired or fiber optic internet connection.

Qualifications:
Strong experience and multi-skill in the different programming language, such as PHP, ASP, ColdFusion, Visual Basic, Delphi, FoxPro, MAccess db and more.
Can use MVC frameworks like CI, Laravel, and CakePHP.
Excellent in different database MySQL, MsSQL, Oracle, Firebird and with marketing SKill using SEO, link building, blogging and more,
Can also use a lot of different opensource such as Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, PhpCms, Dolphin and more.
Proficiently using PHP/MySql, JavaScript, (jQuery and other javascript platforms), Html5 and lower version and ASP ---------- development.
Can develop a web application from scratch in the concept of OOP or native PHP coding,
Implement the development through agile implementation and can use MVC platform like CodeIgniter, phpcake, laravel and if the project requires using the opensource platform.
Make theme, plugins and other function for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento and any other opensource PHP and web app platform.
Can build the website to be responsive or convert the existing website to be responsive and response website with or without bootstrap.
