Pro Sales Representative needed

Basic salary 18,000- 22,000 plus HUGE performance bonuses after 90 days.

Looking for high caliber sales agents with experience in the BPO industry to join one of the fastest growing house cleaning companies in Texas, USA.

Clients will call in to book appointments for house cleaning services and you will use your gifted communication skills to, not only educate the client on how superior our service is, but also gain their confidence in order to book the appointment, upsell on additional services, and make them smile by the time you hang up that phone.

There are other tasks that need to be done within your position but easily trained. Such as scheduling cleaning teams, charging customers, verifying a few reports etc. The primary focus will be on strong sales skills and everything else can be trained.

Responsibilities :
Fluent in English
Must have quiet work environment (NO ROOSTERS lol)** Must be quiet environment
Willing to work night shifts, Schedules are Mon - Thursday and Sat Central Standard Times.
A personal laptop and headset are required for this job
Take inbound sales calls
Make outbound sales calls
Respond to email/text quote requests
Assist with customer service
