This position is for a residential real estate marketing coordinator and social media for our Property Management Company. You will be listing and marketing residential homes from our portfolio of 200+ and executing the company social media initiatives.

Requirements:
Create Rental Property listings.

Maintain and Update our Rental Property Listings. (Pricing, Photos and Descriptions)

Respond to inquiries from potential tenants for our listed rentals.

Report on marketing data, competitors, and ---------- sign marketing materials

Process Listing Inventory, Data Input into the Buildium system, Tenant Turner system, Craigslist,
Coordinating Photography and videography and more

Marketing & Listing Coordinator Requirements:
Data Entry Proficient, Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with Rent Manager

Expert in traditional and digital marketing tools

Previous, proven work in a similar position

Extreme Attention to Detail

Creative problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
