Responsibilities:
Manage turnover projects to quickly return rental properties to move-in condition. This includes performing property inspections, documenting the scope of work, purchasing materials, and scheduling our own maintenance technicians and outside vendors. All turnover projects must be completed on-schedule and on-budget.
Efficiently communicate with tenants and vendors to troubleshoot maintenance issues and dispatch service.
Support technicians working in the field, contributing wherever possible to ensure projects are completed on-time.
Manages simple maintenance activities like cleaning, replacing lightbulbs, wall plates, door stops, etc.
Manage projects such as remodels, pest control, and fence, roof, and window replacements. Obtain bids, work with tenants to schedule the work, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
