Affiliate manager/Recruiter

Our organization is looking for a affiliate manager with strong English speaking and writing skills that is willing to find and manage affiliates for out webhost based on our exact specifications.

You will also be in charge of chosing the best possible affiliate system/program for this purpose.

This involves building and maintaining a affiliate list with good affiliates that works towards getting clients for our webhosting service.

Preferred candidates will have:
-Strong writing skills
-Strong knowledge and command of the English language
-Great social skills (friendly, outgoing)
-Willingness and ability to work independently
-A drive to complete multi-step tasks at a fast pace
-Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and helpful
-A willingness to grow and prove yourself
-Ability to talk on the phone with customers and over Skype

This job will start small and then become more involved once you've proven yourself on the job and it's determined that you and our team make a good fit. We are looking for strong, long-term candidates to help grow our business, so performing well for us could lead to long-term work.

The best-performing candidates will eventually be in charge of managing other members of our team, training new team members, building out complete sites, managing customer service and driving new sales for our organization.

Chosen candidates will be able to choose their own hours, as long as they work for 2-5 hours per day, 5 days per week. A minimum of 10 hours per week will be required to meet the quotas we establish. A daily report will be sent to us about the work you have done during the previous day.
