Would you like to explore the idea of your own company...1099 work with US-based prospects...with free training?
We approach Virtual Assistants in a very different way than most companies -- we help you to grow and develop out YOUR OWN company.
We require excellent phone skills and knowledge with experience in the North American business culture.
As you see greater success as a Virtual Assistant with us, you are then put in a position where you could refer additional people into the role of a VA,
and you could then help to develop them AND earn money based on their efforts and results.
We have a simple 3-step process for you to get started.
Step 1.
You can answer a few questions on our Application for us to see if we might be a match for you, and you for us.
It's very challenging to get accepted into our program / system, but those who are willing to do the hard work are rewarded greatly.
Step 2.
If you want to get a jump start on the training, there is something which is called a 30-minute Strategy Session.
We as a network are not looking to sell people things . . . we're looking solve people's challenges / problems.
To do that we obviously have to learn what their challenges / problems are.
This is where the 30-minute Strategy Session (30MSS) comes into play.
If you go through the 30-Minute Certification lessons on your own, that will impress those looking for the "Top 5% of Virtual Assistants".
Step 3.
After you go through each lesson, please do what we call -- Manage Up/Out
Directions for Managing Up/Out.
~ Make the Subject line of your
~ Put the url of that particular session of training at the top of your
~ Answer the following questions After you go through each lesson :
1. What did I learn?
2. What action will I take from what I learned?
3. What do I need to learn next?
That is all.
It seems odd to us, but very few qualified and selected Virtual Assistant applicants will complete Step 3 for us.
The daily up/out is so important. It builds disciplines and consistency which are so very important to our business, and to yours.
It also builds connections with other team members, and connects what everyone is doing together.
