German Speaking Customer Service / eBay DS Shop Manager

We're looking for somebody that is fluent in German writing and has experience in eCommerce. Preferably with dropshipping, eBay and Amazon experience. Verbal German skills are not required.

You will be managing an eBay dropshipping store, your main task will be answering and solving problems that customers have, as well as handling day to day selling activities.

The bellow tasks are all easily learned within a few weeks, so it is not obligatory for you to have experience in these fields. I will personally teach you. The main requirement is being fluent in German writing, you should be at a B2-C2 certificate level.

Specific tasks:

- Answering customers in German through eBay Messages/E-Mail - You will be given templates for generic questions.

- Creating and editing PDF (Invoices, Return labels, etc..)

- Checking for failed/incorrect orders and placing new orders within our software ( ---------- )

- Matching & comparing E-Mails and other misc. lists at the end of each day.

- Issuing refunds & canceling orders

- Flexible, independent and eager to learn

- Excel/Google Docs/Word - Working with checklists and templates.

You will be paid via PayPal, expect a trial period of 1-2 months with full payment.
